Artificial Intelligence increases campaign efficacy up to 450%
TIE Kinetix, the leading provider of Partner Automation solutions, announced the FLOW Partner Automation Winter Release 2020 today, featuring Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven campaigns. Incorporating AI capabilities in demand generation campaigns boosts lead and conversion rates up to 450%, while additional updates are user-centered, based on customer feedback for platform design and functionality improvements.
The FLOW Partner Automation platform, hereby referred to as FLOW, is continuously optimized to meet the ever-evolving needs of TIE Kinetix customers. In addition to AI-driven campaigns, the Winter Release includes, but is not limited to, necessary FLOW portal upgrades, optimized capabilities for manually entered documents, and enhanced partner call tracking. All new features and functionalities are immediately available to all TIE Kinetix customers.
Portal-wide adjustments include a live patching feature that eliminates server downtime during maintenance, as well as improved single sign-on redirection for those users who log in to FLOW via a third-party system. FLOW can also send emails to partners on behalf of the vendor domain. This resolves spam-related issues, as partners do not expect to receive emails from TIE Kinetix. As for manually entered documents, vendors can now set custom user permissions per partner, message windows are standardized, and attachments can be previewed. On the demand side, enhanced call tracking motivates partners to follow up on leads generated.
It is also important to note the following FLOW upgrades:
- New languages added
- SEPA direct debit payment now available
- Partner payment available with XTRM
- No login required for FLOW reports access for verified users
- PDF-2-FLOW onboarding test phase
- Loading errors resolved in PDF attachments
