As Chief Marketing Officer of TIE Kinetix, Patrick van Boom brings more than 20 years of management experience in large corporations and start-ups in areas including corporate strategy, change management, new business development, strategic marketing, channel marketing, product development and information technology.
Patrick joined the company as one of the founders of Digital Channel, when this company was acquired by TIE Kinetix in 2006. Before relocating with his family from Europe to join the US organization, Patrick has proven success for the company in global and EMEA positions in general management, marketing, sales, operations and product development.
Before TIE Kinetix
With over 10 years of experience in channel marketing, e-commerce and content syndication solutions, he was responsible for the initial development of the Content Syndication Platform. Prior to founding his own company, he held leadership positions in sales, marketing, business development and general management like NCR and CRH Ltd (Cement Roadstone Holding) and its subsidiaries, where he served 3 years as a board member. His breadth of experience and track record provides him with a holistic view of marketing, business development and product development with a strong emphasis on adding business value to both TIE and its customers.
Patrick van Boom holds a master degree with honors from the Erasmus University Rotterdam (the Netherlands) in Business Economics & Marketing and completed his post doctorate work in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) at Nyenrode University (the Netherlands).
