First Dutch issuer to apply latest European digital reporting requirements
TIE Kinetix’ Investor Relations objectives are aimed at maintaining and improving relationships with existing shareholders and developing relationships with new investors. In this respect we strive to increase transparency and reduce information asymmetry.

To this extent, we are proud to report that TIE Kinetix N.V. is the first Dutch issuer – and among the first (if not the first) in Europe - to have published consolidated financial statements which includes so-called “blocktagging” of the disclosure notes in the consolidated financial statements.

Under this concept, the entire consolidated financial statements have been digitally tagged in eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) to become machine-readable. The Company has early applied the requirements of the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) regulation to its reporting for financial year 2022.
