The company has hired 21 new employees across the Netherlands, France, Germany, and the United States in the past five months and plans to fill additional vacancies on the short term. 

TIE Kinetix has so far been successful in strengthening the organization this year in order to help new and existing customers achieve their digitalization goals and reduce paper in the process. The company has been extremely fortunate with attracting top talent despite a tight labor market, and new teams such as customer success and new business are now further supporting the company in their mission to help businesses of all sizes achieve 100% digitalization. Existing teams—like partnerships, sales, marketing, and operations—have also expanded across all regions. 

These organizational investments have enabled TIE Kinetix to streamline operational and process efficiencies, both of which will contribute to SaaS growth.
