Starting immediately, TIE Kinetix and Ceyoniq will work together to enable companies to adopt fully-automated electronic document exchange with the management capabilities of all digital documents, including e-invoices. Our combined offering provides a complete packaged solution in contrast to systems and solutions that only cover a portion of the document exchange and management process. 

Many companies and public authorities only start to digitalize their supply chain processes and documents once they arrive in the company mail room or in their e-mail inbox. TIE Kinetix’s FLOW platform enables the exchange of digital documents, such as electronic invoices and other supply chain documents, and ensures legal authenticity when converting the documents into required document standards like XRechnung and ZUGFeRD. As a certified PEPPOL Access Point with ISO 27001, 27017, and 27018 certifications, TIE Kinetix is a solution provider that helps companies to comply with regulations and exchange documents securely via Peppol. 

TIE Kinetix’s FLOW platform will be used for the exchange and conversion of documents while Ceyoniq’s nscale solution will be used for document processing and mappings, among other things, to ensure the entire internal procurement process from demand notification to approval for payment. The solutions of TIE Kinetix and Ceyoniq will interlock seamlessly.
