You will work in a team that is dedicated to researching and developing our company enterprise marketplace in order to take our FLOW Partner Automation Platform to the next level. You love Scala and are comfortable working with other teams to ensure services integration and security, and to ensure that our customers can use the best SaaS services available in the world.
What are your daily tasks?
As part of the Development Team, working from our Breukelen office in the Netherlands or your home office, you work closely with your colleagues with different nationalities. As part of this team, your responsibility is to contribute to the Sprints to be determined on a bi-weekly basis.
General qualifications
- You have 3+ years of experience in software development with a medium to high volume of requests;
- You have experience using Scala and Play Framework. Experience with Cats or ZIO is valued.
- Experience with ScalaJS is a plus.
- Experience with noSQL databases like MongoDB.
- You are technically minded and adapt quickly;
- Basic English language proficiency is required;
Specific qualifications
- Scala or Java experience with Play Framework
- Knowledge of noSQL databases
- Experience on developing web services using REST (JSON)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline
- Previous Scala development experience on product development.
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
