The company’s new online store is revolutionizing the B2B buyer’s journey for SMEs

 

Breukelen, the Netherlands – May 5, 2022 at 8 AM CEST – TIE Kinetix, a leader in 100% supply chain digitalization, announced today that the company has officially launched an online store that aims to provide quick-and-easy, self-serve e-invoicing solutions to the traditionally underserved SME market. The first of many solutions to come, one that enables PDF to Peppol e-invoice conversion, is now available for purchase. 

Larger companies are increasingly adopting supply chain digitalization tactics to increase business efficiency and meet sustainability targets. This often begins with making the switch to e-invoicing, which subsequently puts a tremendous amount of pressure on their suppliers, especially small and medium-sized companies (SME). 

“As a service provider, we’re confronted with the challenges that SME suppliers face on a daily basis,” says Jan Sundelin, CEO, TIE Kinetix. “They all have a simple job to do: send an invoice to their customer. So if we want to increase e-invoicing adoption rates among this group, it’s our responsibility to make their job easy. Our online store is the first of its kind to offer these suppliers an affordable solution that requires zero technical implementation.”

All TIE Kinetix solutions can be found in the company’s online store, and PDF-2-FLOW is the first solution that is entirely self-serve. It has been specifically designed for SME suppliers who send between 300 and 3,500 invoices annually. These suppliers send too many invoices to make use of (free) e-invoicing portals and too few invoices to justify investing in a fully integrated EDI/XML solution. PDF-2-FLOW is currently available for online purchase in the Netherlands, and the company aims to have an international release in the near future.

TIE Kinetix has short-term plans to offer a similar self-serve experience for at least three additional solutions that cater to this group. This will help the company to achieve their goal of serving the underserved SME market, while simultaneously eliminating internal effort related to the sale and implementation of these solutions. Moreover, TIE Kinetix is confident that the simplicity of the current PDF-2-FLOW offering and additional offerings to come will lead to increased onboarding success rates for their existing customers in the buyer position.
