Overview
TIE's customer support offers a premium level of support when you have questions about our software and hosted services. As a customer, you will also receive a customer log-in for our customer portal. With this log-in you have the ability to:
- Actively submit support questions and review past or currently active questions
- Update company details
- Add employees to access the customer portal
- Access product information concerning all TIE software and services
- Access to TIE’s knowledge base
- Stay up-to-date with TIE’s latest news and information concerning new software releases/updates and upgrades
